Harmon Group are pleased to announce the installation of a brand new Powder Coating & Wet Spraying Facility with in built curing oven.
Large capacity 2.5m x 2m x 1.5m height, weights up to 750kg using the Integrated Overhead Conveyor Gantry.
We also have two Shot Blast Facilities, the second capable of handling 2.5m x 2m x 1.5m height.
This Facility is fully integrated with curing oven.
We can cater for numerous material grades as either a pre-treatment to remove rust/paint/scale to refurbish old parts or as an Etch to greatly improve paint adhesion.
Masking & part marking services offered to customer specifications.
All Powder & Most Paint Schemes Catered for with Traceability and CofC When Specified.
(The only sector we cant supply all paint schemes to is Oil & Gas)
